Our process
From audit to booked jobs, in five steps.
No mystery about what you are paying for, and no long sales process. Here is how a project with us runs.
- 01
Free audit
We review your website, Google Business Profile, reviews and the competitors showing up ahead of you, then send a short list of what we would fix first.
- 02
Plan and price
A written plan: what we will do, in what order, and what it costs. No drawn-out sales process.
- 03
Build
Website, Google profile, service pages, tracking and anything else in the plan, with your review along the way.
- 04
Launch
We go live, connect Google’s tools and test every form and phone number before we call it done.
- 05
Grow
Ongoing work on the channels that pay, with a one-page monthly report on calls, leads and next steps.
Working together
What you can expect from us
One point of contact
You deal with one team that knows your business, not a different person every month.
Changes by email
Need something updated on your site? Email us and we take care of it.
A monthly report you can read
One page: calls, form requests, what changed and what is next.
Your input where it counts
You approve designs, pages and ad offers. We handle the rest.
Questions
Process questions
How long does a new website take?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly we get photos and answers from you. We give you a schedule in the plan, before any work starts.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, your best project photos, a list of services and towns, and a short call or two so we get the details right. We take it from there.
Do I have to sign up for everything?
No. Many contractors start with a website, or with Google profile and reviews, and add services later.
Can you work with my existing website?
Often, yes. If it is fast, works on phones and lets us add pages, we can build on it. If not, we will explain why a rebuild makes more sense.
Free marketing audit
Find out what is costing you jobs.
Our free marketing audit looks at your website, Google profile, reviews and the competitors outranking you, then gives you a short list of what to fix first.
